- Ownership and Acceptance
The website www.sovain-official.com (the "Site") is owned by Style Your Dreams LLC, with registered office at 1688 Meridian Ave, 7th Floor, Miami Beach STE 700, FL 33139, United States, EIN no. 93-3747538 (hereinafter, the "Seller").
Access to, navigation on, and use of the Site are governed by these terms of use (the "Terms of Use"); therefore, by accessing, navigating, and using the Site, users ("Users" or "You") agree to comply with them. If You do not intend to accept these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.

For Non-Consumer Users: for Users not acting as consumers, insofar as they are expressly authorized by the Seller to browse the Site, the competent court is exclusively that of the place where the Seller has its registered office.
